ABOUT THE COACH

“THE SOUL OF A COACH”

A few years after college I landed a job as an account executive for a media company where I quickly learned the importance of making genuine connections with people to drive results.

Creating solutions for my “book” of clients was fulfilling and I performed well in that role, so my responsibilities increased. I loved the work I was doing. But when I was promoted to my first management position, I discovered something I loved much more: helping others develop the skills they needed to unleash their full potential.

With the help of great advisers and coaches, I excelled in corporate leadership roles across multiple disciplines. I piloted my career path from manager to director to corporate vice president where I built highly collaborative work teams to design and influence companywide strategies and support a national workforce.

Along the way, I championed diversity, mentored aspiring executives and tackled the challenges of multigenerational work teams. So, becoming a certified coach with a focus on leaders was a natural progression for me, merging my business insights with my deep desire to support the development of others.

My mission today is to help leaders increase their impact, expand their influence, elevate their outcomes and navigate change so they can thrive... at work, at home and, in life.
